3. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed only after we have verified payment and product availability.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, mobile payment, and card (where applicable).
• All payments must be completed before items are shipped.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
• Order confirmation email does not guarantee product availability in all cases.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and availability.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the item is handed to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
• Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. Re-delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• All items are shipped fully insured with tracking information provided.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates.
• Custom or personalized items (engravings, custom sizes) are non-refundable unless defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

• All jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity.
• Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
• We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection for the life of the piece.
